Information Regarding Securities of the Authority
The Authority’s outstanding securities, consisting of bonds and notes (referred to collectively as the “Bonds”), are secured under three separate indentures of trust. The Bonds issued under each indenture of trust share the same trust estate on the basis set forth in the applicable indenture. Bonds issued under one indenture have no claim on the assets held under the Authority’s other indentures. The Bonds issued by the Authority are special limited obligations payable solely from the trust estate created under the indenture of trust securing such Bonds.
The Panhandle-Plains Higher Education Authority, Inc. Student Loan Revenue Bonds, Series 2010-1 A1, 2010-1 A2, 2010-1 A-3 and 2010-1 A-4 are secured under a Indenture of Trust dated November 1, 2010 between the Authority and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee ("2010-1 Indenture").
The Panhandle-Plains Higher Education Authority, Inc. Student Loan Revenue Bonds, Series 2010-2, are secured under a Indenture of Trust dated November 1, 2010 between the Authority and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee ("2010-2 Indenture").
The Panhandle-Plains Higher Education Authority, Inc. Student Loan Revenue Bonds, Series 2011-1 A-1, 2011-1 A-2 and 2011-1 A-3 are secured under a Indenture of Trust dated May 1, 2011 between the Authority and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee ("2011-1 Indenture").
The Panhandle-Plains Higher Education Authority, Inc. Student Loan Revenue Bonds, Series 2011-2 A-1, 2011-2 A-2 and 2011-2 A-3 are secured under a Indenture of Trust dated October 1, 2011 between the Authority and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee ("2011-2 Indenture").
None of the Bonds were registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any state securities law, and none is listed on any stock or other securities exchange. Neither the Securities and Exchange Commission nor any other federal, state or other governmental entity or agency passed upon the accuracy or adequacy of the offering documents listed below or approved the sale of the Bonds.
